you fresh organic fruit, vegetables, and groceries! Using
our service is a great way to save you time and money, and
to help you make healthier eating choices. We’ve included
a brochure and a grocery price list, along with this ordering
guide, to help make Endless Harvest work for you.
- Leave it up to us. Once
you set up your box type and delivery schedule, you’re
done! You can also put in standing orders for groceries
and permanent substitutions, and everything will be done
for you.
- For a little more involvement,
you can check the website and the Box List Hotline to see
what’s in the boxes, and make your subs and grocery
orders on a per-box basis.
- Or, you can have complete control
over everything you get by ordering a Custom Box from our
website. This leaves the ordering up to you- it’s
very fast and easy!

The Basic
Box
Most people choose this box: a balanced selection of
fruits and veggies, with an average of 5 types of fruits
and 8 of veggies. |

Don't like your veggies, or have your own garden? This
is the box for you, with lots of fruit and only three
different veggies. |
Small - $33

Large - $43
- feeds 2-4 people for about a week.

Every box comes with a newsletter with produce information
and a recipe. See our past newsletters,
or search our recipe database.
All of our produce is organic.
We buy locally grown items as much as possible, giving second
preference to BC-grown, and then sourcing from other areas
as needed. We require that growers from outside the Kootenays
be certified organic. In order to support local growers, we
do not require that our Kootenay organic growers be certified
however most of our local growers are. Our non-certified growers
grow to certified standards.
We update the box contents every Friday.
We’ll email you once the website has been updated. If
you are missing something from your box, or you receive something
that is poor quality, please let us know! We will give you
a replacement or issue a credit for anything that you didn’t
receive or that was unsatisfactory. We want you to be happy
with what you receive and we appreciate your feedback.
It’s easy to place your order on our
website or the Box List Hotline. If you have email, we’ll
email you weekly once the website has been updated. All orders
and changes need to be in by your order deadline:
- Sunday night for Wednesday deliveries
- Monday noon for Thursday deliveries
- Tuesday noon for Friday deliveries
Our website makes your grocery shopping fast
and easy- you can shop anytime from the comfort of your own
home! The first time you use the website, sign up as a new
customer, and give yourself a password. You can order on-line,
see our most recent newsletters, and browse our large recipe
archive. If you need help using the website, we can walk you
through it, or send you our Website Guide.
Make changes to your standard produce box with
substitutions:
- Permanent Subs: If there
are items that you don’t want to receive, let us know
and we’ll keep those permanent subs out of your box
automatically.
- Weekly Subs: In addition,
you can make up to two substitutions per box.
We replace the items you’ve removed from
your box with other items of the same dollar value. Let us
know what you’d prefer to have in your box, or leave
it up to us.
If you need to make more substitutions,
or if you want to pick all of the items and quantities that
come in your box, try a custom box. You pick everything, giving
you complete control over your shopping. The minimum order
is $33 of produce and groceries.

Payment is required upon delivery,
by cheque or money order. Cash payments may be made by special
arrangement- please contact us. Please leave your payment
in your empty box for pick up on the morning of your delivery
day. If you forget to leave out your payment, please mail
it to us.
We have two prepayment plans to save you
time and money:
- Prepay 4 boxes and get 5%
off.
- Prepay 12 boxes and get the 13th
for free.
To receive the prepayment discount, your account
balance must be up to date. The discount only applies to the
produce boxes. When you prepay, the credit will stay on your
account until you use it.
Statements are sent out at the beginning
of each month, either by email or delivered with your box.
If you’d rather get a paper copy, or need help reading
your statement, please give us a call. Your statement balance
is due with your next payment. If you have a credit, you can
deduct it from your next payment.
Accounts with overdue balances may be cancelled by us at any
time, and are subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month
(26.82% per annum, compounded monthly).
Please leave your clean, empty box out for
pick up on the morning of your delivery day,
with your payment and newsletter bag inside:
- Wednesday noon to 9pm: Nelson, North Shore
- Thursday noon to 9pm: Ymir, Salmo, Beaver
Valley, Trail, Rossland
- Friday 10am to 8pm: Hwy 3A from Blewett to Castlegar,
Slocan Junction to Winlaw, Slocan City (every other week).
If your box is not delivered when you expect
it, please give our office a call. If there has been some
sort of delay, due to weather, etc., we’ll have information
posted on our office voicemail, along with when you can expect
your box.
To reduce the amount of garbage that we create,
please return the plastic bag the newsletter comes in. Many
of our customers use the bag to put their payment in, and
it reminds them to leave out their box. We also take back
clean, intact Gaia Farms egg cartons to be returned to the
farm for reuse.
If your box or ice pack (used in the summer)
isn’t returned, a deposit will be applied to your account.
The charge is $8.00 for an unreturned box, and $2.00 for an
unreturned ice pack. Once they have been returned, the charge
will be removed from your account. Boxes must be returned
to us in clean, reusable condition.
Occasionally we need to make changes to the
upcoming box contents:
- Our supplier may not receive what they thought
they would, so they may not have what we’ve ordered;
- We may have received something that’s
poor quality so we’ll put something better in the
boxes;
- Local growers may not have as much of an
item as they thought. This may be from a quick change in
the weather that causes the plants to go to seed or cause
other damage, or a sudden slow down in growth so the food
isn’t ready when the grower thought it would be.
When we have to make a change to what’s
in the boxes, we make sure that you have the same dollar value
by putting in more of other items. Check your invoice and
newsletter to confirm your box contents.
It is important to us to contribute to our community.
We do this in several ways:
- We regularly donate food to local aid groups.
- Every December, we have our Annual Holiday
Donation Program. We offer you the opportunity to donate
organic produce at wholesale prices to aid groups of your
choice. We match the dollar value of your donation, and
distribute the produce to various groups that put together
hampers, holiday dinners, and otherwise help the community
at this time of year.
- We use a propane-powered delivery van to
keep emissions down.
- We focus on providing minimally packaged,
locally-grown and produced food to keep our money in our
community. -everyone who works with us is offered a good
working environment, all food purchases at wholesale prices,
profit-sharing, and health benefits. We enjoy what we do
and we appreciate your support!
